The consultation was thorough, and I decided to move forward with Dysport for my crow’s feet. The right side has already smoothed out beautifully. The left side had deeper lines, so I’m still waiting for the full results, but they explained that deeper lines can take a bit longer. They also told me that if, after the full two‑week window, the left side isn’t completely corrected, they’ll add more at no cost which I really appreciate. I’ve been to two other med spas in town and I couldn’t rate them compared to what Kim is able to do. I think her knowledge and experience has made all the difference in the world.i spent a year and thousands of dollars at another spa and never had results with micro needling . I had lazer procedures done there as well that were harmful for my skin condition but due to lack of knowledge I wasted time , money and my melasma worsened . You can’t trust every spa and I can tell you with a medical background of 20 years plus these other spas hiring young girls do not have the experience and in my case aren’t researching to to learn . Kim has helped me and taught me how to treat my skin the right way and will tell you what needs to be said and not blow smoke . Her work is her passion and she’s on top of all the latest and greatest ! I won't go anywhere else.Daelynn C335 days agoI started my journey with Revitalize SkinMD a little over 2 years ago, with my first (very small) Botox treatment. I chose to see Dr. Patel based upon extensive research and recommendations from friends in the aesthetics industry. During my first appointment with Dr. Patel, I told him that my goals were 1) to look like myself, but refreshed; and 2) to gently delay the signs of stress and aging on my face. Throughout this journey, all of the procedures he has suggested have remained true to these goals. When I go to my appointments, I show him what I am seeing in my face and we talk about the results I would like to see. I trust Dr. Patel‘s knowledge and experience to guide me in the right direction. We have slowly increased the Botox protocol, as I have become more comfortable with the idea of injectables. I still look like me, minus the angry-looking 11s between my eyes! This year I noticed significant loss of volume in my face. The loss of volume caused my eyes to look sunken and lines to appear in areas they had not previously existed. Upon consultation, Dr. Patel explained how a small amount of cheek filler could replenish some of that volume and help combat the “tired” look I was seeing on my face. I was very hesitant to begin using fillers, but decided to trust Dr. Patel‘s expertise. He was very thoughtful when considering which treatments to use for my facial structure. He carefully chose different filler products for specific areas of my face, so that the contouring would look and feel natural. He started small, with tiny bits of filler strategically placed over three separate visits, spanning six weeks. I really appreciate Dr. Patel’s approach because it was gradual and very controlled. I felt like there was less risk of ending up overfilled. I also appreciated that the gradual change meant I did not go to work looking completely different from one day to the next. Dr. Patel is always willing to answer my questions and discuss options for improving my skin texture and hyperpigmentation. In the new year, I plan to explore my options to improve the hyperpigmentation I’ve been unsuccessfully fighting with OTC products. I have been very happy with the medspa treatments I have received at Revitalize SkinMD. Additionally, I am very happy with the customer service that the Revitalize SkinMD team provides. The team that manages the front office is friendly and helpful. They are quick to answer questions about services and products, but I have never felt like they were trying to upsell or pressure me to make purchases. I always receive personalized reminders of upcoming appointments. I feel like I am among friends when I walk in the door. An environment like this doesn’t happen by accident. It is the result of many people working together to deliver an excellent customer service experience to everyone who walks in the door. I appreciate the team effort just as much as my ongoing results. I've done the microneedling as well. They use a numbing cream before hand so you don't feel it. I'm 58 years old and had so many age spots broken blood vessels and some droopy eyelids. Fast forward almost a year and l look 45 and that's no exaggeration. Just recently l began a little Botox. The Botox l almost refused to do, l didn't want to look like the scaryness we often see on TV. Priti explained how the Botox works when done correctly. I started with my angry number 11 between my brows. I noticed the difference right away. As the week went on l was so mad at myself for waiting so long. In fact Botox is best to start in your younger years. I never knew this or l surely would have done so. Yesterday l decided to do a little around my crow's feet. I'm excited to see the changes as they begin. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. When l noticed the change in my forehead l wanted more, Dr. Patel actually showed me what it would look like and advised he didn't think more is better due to my lids having a pucker to them. They could have done it and taken my money, but instead gave me great information and chose to really do what was right for my face.
